Our Commitment
Sweetz.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA", 17 U.S.C. § 512).
Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe content available on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent (below). Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally a direct URL on sweetz.ai.
- Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Incomplete notices may not be processed. Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-Notices
If content you uploaded has been removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error or that you are authorized to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed, including the location it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., of any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after ten business days, unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly submit or transmit content that infringes copyright.
