Last updated: April 21, 2026
What This Page Is For
Use this page to request removal of content on Sweetz.ai for any of the following reasons:
- The content depicts or resembles you without your consent
- You are named, identified, or identifiable in the content and did not authorize it
- The content sexualizes you in a way you did not consent to
- The content appears to depict a minor (child sexual abuse material) — also reportable to NCMEC CyberTipline
- The content violates the law in your jurisdiction (including UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, or equivalent)
- Any other concern not covered by our copyright policy
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to removal@sweetz.ai with the following information:
- Your full name and contact email
- The direct URL(s) of the content on sweetz.ai you want removed
- A clear description of why the content should be removed (privacy, consent, likeness, illegality, etc.)
- If the request relates to you personally: a statement confirming you are the person depicted or identified, and any evidence you can share (government ID is not required but may speed review for identity-based requests)
- A good-faith statement that the information you are providing is accurate
What Happens Next
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours. Most requests are reviewed and actioned within 5 business days. If your request concerns child sexual abuse material or an immediate threat, we prioritize review within 24 hours and will cooperate with law enforcement as required.
We may ask follow-up questions to verify identity or the nature of the claim. If we decide not to remove the content, we will explain why and preserve a record of the decision.
Abuse of This Process
False or bad-faith removal requests waste moderation time and harm users whose content is removed in error. Repeat false requests may be refused without further review.
Urgent or Illegal Content
If you believe content on this site depicts a minor, please report it immediately to the NCMEC CyberTipline in addition to emailing us. If there is an immediate threat to a person, contact local emergency services first.
