All visual content made available through Sweetz.ai ("Service") is generated by artificial intelligence. No real human being is depicted in any image, video, or audio produced by the Service. Characters, likenesses, voices, and personas are synthetic compositions generated from prompts and neural network outputs.
Why This Statement Is Published
The record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because the Service produces no such depictions — all imagery is AI-generated and does not originate from the likeness or performance of any identifiable person — the Service falls outside the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A.
We nonetheless publish this statement so that users, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third parties have clear notice of the nature of the content.
Safeguards & Policies
The Service operates under the following safeguards:
- Age verification at signup: every account holder must affirmatively attest to being 18 years of age or older before access is granted. The timestamp, IP address, and device fingerprint of that attestation are recorded.
- Model guardrails: generation pipelines are trained and prompted to refuse content that depicts or implies minors, non-consensual scenarios, or real identifiable individuals.
- User-facing reporting tools: a takedown workflow is available via our content removal page.
- Prompt-level moderation: chat and image generation are screened server-side and blocked if they match disallowed patterns.
